Born and educated in Sri Lanka. Having completed a degree in Biological Science and Information Technology, a Post Graduate certificate in Computing and a PGCE in science. Interests outside teaching include the love of cooking and baking.

As a teacher Mr Kandasamy has experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5. These include AQA, OCR and EDEXCEL specifications. With his experience in curriculum planning and development, Mr Kandasamy has a deep understanding and subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and in Physics in all key stages. His combined degree in Biological Science and IT and the post graduate certificate in computing he has a deep understanding of planning and delivering lessons on line.
